Part of them are FREE, part of them are NOT FREE. My experience tells me to advise you that  free services are not the best quality I was hoping for my business and for the long haul they really aren't a good idea. It is OK to grab a free eBook, it isn't OK to chose a cheap and lousy Hosting Service!
